"This compilation is not about a specific type of sound, it simply shows that there are different 'crews' on this planet that are trying to develop their own electronic sounds from the underground scene of their own countries; on our behalf, we aim at getting those people in touch with one another with the hope to give more power and flavour to the underground sound of electronic music."

A nice time capsule of idm burgeoning on the new millennium crossroads of analog to digital. Like the notes say on the cd, a wide arrange of artists from all over the planet coining different "intelligent" sounds. The last 3 tracks, perviously released on Nature add the much needed depth the cd needs for staying power. The early tracks on this cd are winners where the mid to later before the final 3 add a win or lose music concrete experimentalism to the cd. Not my cup pf tea there. Still a good cd compilation and a few tracks away from being a terrific compilation.
