Angie is the debut album by American R&B singer Angela Bofill. It was produced by the GRP Records label heads Dave Grusin and Larry Rosen. It was released in 1978 on the GRP label; a digitally remastered version was released on Buddah Records in 2001.

Angela Tomasa Bofill (born May 2, 1954) is an American R&B singer-songwriter. Angela Bofill was born in Brooklyn, NY to a Cuban father and a Puerto Rican mother. She grew up listening to Latin music and was also inspired by African-American performers. Her weekends were taken up studying classical music and singing in a city chorus. It was as a teenager that her professional singing began. The album was heralded as a mild success, popularizing on some of the themes of the times. The song "This Time I'll Be Sweeter" charted fairly well on the . R&B front

It was a smart blend of glossy urban contemporary, light jazz, and fusion; Bofill's voice had enough sophistication to sound sleek and enough Flora Purim influence to attract interest from jazz, Latin, and urban contemporary audiences. It scored three mild hits and got the then-fledging GRP label some vital sales.
