Individually, they stand at the top of their respective musical disciplines; together, on the eponymous Deltron 3030, they warped space, bent time, transcended genre and blew minds, creating an album that still stands today as one of the most important records in the annals of underground hiphop.

Разговоры о камбэке ходят уже давно, а вчера появилась официальная дата релиза второй пластинки проекта "Deltron 3030: Event II" - 01 октября. Также появилась ее обложка и треклист. Tracklist: 01 Stardate (feat. Joseph Gordon-Levitt) 02 The Return 03 Pay the Price 04 Nobody Can (feat. Aaron Bruno (of AWOLNATION)) 05 Lawnchair Quarterback Pt. 1 (feat.

Event 2 ‎(CDr, Album, Promo). to say the first album was quite positive experience, this one seems very melancholic, less samples and Kid Koala seems not to be as present. I was a bit worried with some of the guest perhaps sounding out of place on this album, and some are usual Automator que cards, but tracks like "Melding The Mind" rewrites Rap metal entirely, due to its presence of a on loan Zach De La Rocha

Event 2 is the second studio album by hip hop supergroup Deltron 3030. The album was released on September 30, 2013. It is the group’s first album in 13 years since their 2000 debut, Deltron 3030 and a narrative sequel. The album also features celebrity cameos such as Joseph Gordon-Levitt on the track Stardate. Featuring Aaron Bruno, Amber Tamblyn, Black Rob & 11 more. Producers Dan The Automator & Kid Koala. Writers Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg, Black Rob & 9 more. Autoharp Merlo Podlewski.

Those unfamiliar with the 2000 release should certainly get hip before tackling this excellent follow-up, which often feels like a tribute or celebration of the original.

A amazing comeback- Del Tha Funkee Homosapien shines his best with his verse here, and this album has as usual some brilliant Automator production. to say the first album was quite positive experience, this one seems very melancholic, less samples and Kid Koala seems not to be as present. I was a bit worried with some of the guest perhaps sounding out of place on this album, and some are usual Automator que cards, but tracks like "Melding The Mind" rewrites Rap metal entirely, due to its presence of a on loan Zach De La Rocha. Black Rob and Del team up and work well on "Talent Supersedes" a lot of the other guests do brilliant spots too- particularly Damon Albarn on This Kind Of Loneliness and Jamie Callum on the again, melancholic storytelling of the fantastic closer "Do You Remember?" I can only say the only underused guest on this album is Mike Patton, although he is in the background of some the tracks. The skits are fun too. This is what hip hop needed and i wasn't disappointed by this release. brilliance. 5/5

Anybody else wonder why the track listing is different on the vinyl version than the CD. Also the packaging is awesome on this release.

I would say they are different because of how much information you can fit on one side of a vinyl record. They perhaps had to rearrange the tracks to balance out the time of each LP side, due to long songs and short skits.
