Heino (born 13 December 1938 as Heinz Georg Kramm) is a German singer of Schlager and traditional Volksmusik. Having sold a total of over 50 million records, he is one of the most successful German musicians of all time. Heino is known for his baritone voice and trademark combination of light blond hair and dark sunglasses (which he wears due to exophthalmos). He lives in the town of Bad Münstereifel, where he owned a café until June 2012

Altri album di Heino. Mit weihnachtlichen Grüßen. Ich find' Schlager toll. Das Beste - Sing mit Heino. Diamanten der Volksmusik Heino.
Famous German crooner Heino, 74, makes an unlikely rock star, but his new album of cover versions of hard rock, punk and hip-hop hits is breaking sales records. The comeback is a PR stunt, however, and Heino remains faithful to Schlager - a perplexingly enduring genre of folk music in Germany. With his peroxide mane and pitch-black shades, Heino, 74, looks more like a James Bond villain than a crooner. But he has been a baritone legend of Germany's pop music scene for over half a century. He could be described as a robotic German version of Johnny Cash.

Notes
Eine Sonderauflage aus dem Repertoire ColumbiaTrack B6, the song "Mandolinen und Gitarren", is a German version of "Luda mladost", performed by Heino at the International Pop Song Festival Split '67 (Melodije Jadrana = Melodies of Adriatic See) in alternation with Dubrovački trubaduri and miscredited here: it is composed by Đelo Jusić (member of Dubrovački trubaduri at that time) and not by some "Brejkova" - the name is derived for some mistake from Ivo Brešković who has written the original, Serbo-Croatian lyrics. German lyrics are written by Josua Röckelein.
